Corrispondenze naturali it’s a theatrical performance by Isabella Bordoni and Roberto Paci Dalò, where music, writing, images and the spoken word merge into a single sensory experience, giving life to a true total work of art. The correspondences are there — within the natural world and themselves natural — establishing relationships, intuiting an order and a measure within a cosmic space that would otherwise lack geometry.
Music moves through maps and geographies, in solitudes and polyphonies, finding the union of thought and listening within sound nuclei and the silence of an autonomous architecture, untethered to the times and places of the image. Chants emerge from the penumbra, where undergrowths of sound stir—lines as intangible as they are sharp. The tempos of listening diverge from those of looking, creating an asynchronous, plural whole, for plural are the perceptual weaves these tempos traverse; like seeds, foundations of a language that carries the mark of memory and the lightness of a path.
