Roberto Paci Dalò performs Waterfire, his interpretation of John Cage’s score. From October 3 to 7, an international workshop entitled JohnCageSTEPS took place at and in the John Cage Haus in Halberstadt (Germany). The workshop, featuring performances and an exhibition, was curated by Georg Weckwerth (TONSPUR Kunstverein Wien) and organized by the John Cage Organ Foundation Halberstadt.
The opening of the STEPS Performance took place on 3rd October, 2017 in front of Halberstadt City Hall. The American artist Ray Kass gave an introduction. Together with the artists, passers-by, under the direction of Ray Kass, acted with clear water and large brush-paintbrushes.
